1. What this site is

BlinkThorLabs is a free website run by BlinkThor Team to share engineering knowledge: technical notes on embedded systems, ADAS, robotics and automotive software, and overviews of our products and services. Nothing is sold on the site. By using it you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Using our notes

The articles, images, diagrams and videos belong to BlinkThorLabs and the authors who wrote them. You are welcome to read them, share links to them and quote short parts with a clear credit and a link to the original.

Please do not republish whole articles or images, present them as your own, or use them commercially without asking us first at contact@blinkthor.com.

3. Information, not professional advice

Our notes are written to explain and to teach. They are general information, shared in good faith, and may be incomplete, simplified or out of date. They are not engineering, safety, legal or certification advice for your project.

Vehicle and safety-related systems (for example under ISO 26262 or ISO/SAE 21434) must be designed, verified and approved by qualified people under your own processes. Use anything you take from this site, including code examples, at your own risk.

4. Reader accounts

A free reader account gives access to member material and the site assistant. Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

5. Restricted product material

Product dossiers are confidential and shown only with an access code or an approval from our team. Access is personal and limited in time.

  • Do not share your code or approval link with others.
  • Do not copy, record, screenshot or pass on the material unless we agree in writing.
  • Each viewing session is watermarked and recorded so that misuse can be traced (see the Privacy Policy).

We may end or refuse access at any time.

6. The site assistant

The assistant helps you find and understand our public notes. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete; they are not statements or commitments by our team. Do not enter personal or confidential information. For anything that matters, check the source note or contact us.

7. Fair use of the site

Please do not:

  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get round its access controls;
  • scrape or download the site in bulk, or use it to train AI models, without permission;
  • send spam, harmful code, or unlawful or abusive content through our forms.

8. Other websites

We link to other sites and may embed videos from services such as YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Availability and liability

We provide the site free and as it is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be online, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
